• The amount and temperature of water output may change significantly when adjusting the tem-
perature of the hot water depending on the environment and conditions of use. This occurs when
the temperature of the hot water supply is outside the recommended level (60°C to 80°C is recom-
mended), if the pressure of the cold and hot water supply is high, if there is a significant difference
in the pressure of the cold and hot water supply, or if multiple devices are used simultaneously, and
these variations are not considered device defects.
• The temperature of the hot water at the temperature control lock position does not reach 40°C
(guideline for appropriate temperature) depending on the environment and conditions of use;
however, this is not an abnormality. This lock function is intended as an assisting safety function to
prevent sudden output of boiling water by an error during operation.
• Contact your local Takara Belmont dealer for adjustment operations, including the adjustment of
the temperature for the hot water supply, adjustment of cold and hot water pressure, and adjust-
ment of the temperature control lock position on the thermostatic control knob.
