4.7.1 Unit Setup
This module is to set up facilities for each conference contribution unit. The facilities include
different Parameters (Gain, Bass, and Treble).

On the left side all contribution units are listed individually, on the right side the available facilities
are displayed, including unit function, append contribution units (append, delete, delete all),
authorize (start, stop), setup unit (Gain, Bass, Treble).
Auto authorization:
1.
Click “Start authorize”, all units go to authorization status, press the “Mic. On/Off” button to
authorize, authorized units will be added in the left side list.

When all needed units are authorized, click “Stop authorize” to finish authorization.
Manual authorization:
z
Append: add one unit ID or several units ID into the left side list.

Delete: delete one unit from the left side list.
z
Delete All: delete all units from the left side list.
Find: Right click on the ID in CU list, and the pop-up menu for Find is shown. Select Find to turn on
the CU. In the status, only one microphone can be turned on at one time.
Read: read the information (vote, SI, etc) of the contribution unit(s) in the left list automatically;
Function: display information of the selected unit when the read function was finished.
