Chapter 1 Introduction

1.1 Summary

Based on cutting-edge digital control technologies,
HCS-3600 Series Economic Conference System is
flexible and reliable for any conference range from
informal small meeting to multilingual international
conference. The system features include: conference
venue design, microphone management, IC-card
sign-in, sign-in management, automatic video tracking,
voting management, conference audio and video
recording, simultaneous interpretation, etc.
With PC connected, the operator can easily manage
and control the conference proceedings. In stand alone
mode, HCS-3600 system is still a completed audio
conference system for discussion or other functions
like voting and automatic video tracking.
Other peripheral devices like computers, touch panels,
projectors, PA system, loudspeakers and printers can
also be integrated with HCS-3600 Series Economic
Conference System.

This system consists of one or more of the following
