FAULT DIAGNOSIS
The following simple checks may be performed by the operator. If the machine is still not working, please contact your local Service Agent:
Trouble Reason Remedy
No lights illuminated on
charger module Batteries aren't connected Connect the batteries
Only red LED on charger
module is illuminated Fault with charger Contact service agent
Yellow LED flashing Battery fault Contact service agent
Battery not connected Connect battery
Unsuitable battery Contact service agent
Machine not working and
charger indicates the
battery is fully charged Switch interlock incorrectly operated Check operating procedure instructions
Current overload fuse blown* Contact service agent
Machine wobbles or
vibrates excessively Pad worn or damaged Replace pad
Dirty pad Clean the pad
Loose pad Tighten pad locking device
Pad is off centre Reposition pad
*If the fuse blows several times, the machine should be checked by an authorised Service Agent.
