Sorting Directory Entries

The 

Directory

 entries are sorted by first or last names. When you use the dial pad to 

search, the system searches for the names in the sort order.

To sort Directory entries:

1. Press 

DIRECTORY

 to display the 

Directory

.

2. To sort the entries by last name, press 

 .

To sort the entries by first name, press 

 .

The 

Directory

 stays in the chosen sort order until you change it.
