This chapter describes the initial set up and LCD configuration of the Clientless
VPN Gateway appliance, which includes getting the appliance set up and
running. For information on configuring the appliance through the GUI, see the

Symantec Clientless VPN Gateway 4400 Series Administrator’s Guide.

There are two steps to take before beginning the initial setup process:
