Configuration of Speed Dials

If the subscriber called is currently on the phone, you cannot begin an intercom connection.
If you want to use the intercom in connection with several numbers, you can also assign this
function to a button.

This is how you assign the options “Dial immediately” or “Successive dial” or “Intercom
connection” to a Speed Dial

In the Configuration menu, go to Modification of a Speed Dial assignment (see This is how
you configure a Speed Dial, steps

Here you can define other properties of the Speed Dial:

• “Dial immediately”:

In the display, you will see the status message indicating whether the option “Dial imme-
diately” is currently activated or deactivated for this Speed Dial.

If you would like the subscriber to be called immediately after you have pressed the
Speed Dial button, activate the option by pressing

. This will changed the status

shown. If you press once again, the option will be deactivated again. If the option is
deactivated, the subscriber will not be called until you lifted the handset.

• “Successive dial”:

In the display, you will see the status message indicating whether the option “Successive
dial” is currently activated or deactivated for this Speed Dial.

If you deactivate the option “Successive dial”, the numbers which have already been
dialed (display contents) before the Speed Dial was pressed will be deleted. If this option
is activated, the number stored on this Speed Dial will be added.
