Lubricants

The warranty does not cover fluids: oil, grease, bat-

tery acid and coolant.

Limitations

For all vehicles: the warranty on the BATTERY, SAD-

DLE and PLASTIC PARTS is limited to 6 months.

• The warranty does not cover the maintenance

and service costs nor the cost of the parts re-

quired for these operations.

• The warranty does not cover expenses resul-

ting from filing a warranty claim: additional

expenses for communications, any board and

lodging nor other related expenses, such as

compensation for lost time, commercial losses,

replacement vehicle rental expenses, transport

expenses.

Important note for validity of the warranty:

• The warranty booklet must be carefully kept

and presented to the official SWM dealer every

time the vehicle is brought in for service

• The service coupons must be filled in by the de-

aler that serviced the vehicle.

• The warranty may be transferred to subse-

quent owners until its expiry.

• In the event of change of ownership, use the

dedicated coupon included in the warranty bo-

oklet.

• The manufacturer reserves the right to make

modifications and/or improvements to all its

models without any obligation to make such

modifications on vehicles already in circulation.
