Approval
This DECT Cordless telephone complies with the fundamental requirements of R&TTE
Directive 1999/5/EC and is suitable for connection and operation in the member country
specified on the base station and/or on the packaging.
CE-Certification
The telephone fulfils the requirements of the EU Directives:
Directive 99/5/EC on radio equipment and telecommunications terminal
equipment and the mutual recognition of their conformity.
Compliance of the telephone with the aforementioned directives is confirmed
by the CE mark.
Warranty Conditions
Your product is covered by a guarantee that is in accordance with the legal provisions of
the country in which you purchased the product and which runs from the date of pur-
chase. As proof of the date of purchase, please retain the purchase receipt or, after it has
been fully filled out by the retailer, the guarantee card that is at the back of the user
manual. Within the guarantee period, all faults that are the result of faulty materials or
manufacturing faults will be repaired free-of-charge. Repair under guarantee will either
be carried out by repairing the defective product or exchanging it, as the supplier sees fit.
Defects that affect the value or use of the product (e. g. battery cells) by only a negligible
amount as well as expendable items or damage that has been caused by improper use,
through fair wear and tear or by interference with the product by third parties, are not
covered by the guarantee.
Possible consequential damages resulting from the use, the failure or faults on the pro-
duct, in particular any liability for pecuniary loss, are excluded from this guarantee.
In the event of a claim under the guarantee please contact the point of sale at which you
purchased the telephone.
