Connecting to a PBX
Specifying the network access digit
If your Avena 135 /135 Duo cordless telephone is connected to a PBX telephone system,
you may have to specify a network access digit to seize an outside telephone line.
If the first digit of a phonenumber matches this network access digit than your
Avena 135 /135 Duo will insert a dial pause after this network access digit.
Open the menu by pressing the “Menu” softkey.
Select the menu entry
and press the “OK” softkey.
Select the menu entry
and press the “OK” softkey.
Select the menu entry
and press the “OK” softkey.
Edit the digit according to the relevant PBX specifications and press the “OK”
softkey to confirm. The new digit is now stored.
Press the cancel key for approx. 2 seconds to return to the standby mode.
Note
• Please be aware that your Avena 135 /135 Duo does not automatically
insert this network access digit before any specified telephone number !
• For dialling from the call register through a PBX refer to chapter “Dialling
from the call register”.
