SuperServer 7089P-TR4T User's Manual

1.3 System Specifications

The following table provides you with an overview of the main features and specifications of 
the 7089P-TR4T. Please refer to Appendix C for additional specifications.

The 7089P-TR4T system includes 8 X11OPi-CPU boards, and supports up to 8 Intel® Xeon Intel® 81xx series processor, 

which offers 3 full-width Intel UltraPath Interconnect (UPI) links with the data transfer rates of up to 10.4 GT/s in each direction 

among 8 CPUs.

Eight (8) CPU boards that support up to 12 TB of 96 DDR4 3DS Load Reduced (3DS LRDIMM), Load Reduced (LRDIMM), or 
Registered (RDIMM) ECC 2666/2400/2133/1866/1600/1333 MHz memory

Notes:

 

1. For your system memory to work properly, please use memory modules of the same type and the same speed on the 
motherboard. 
2. For more information on CPU, memory support, please refer to the X11OPi board section in chapter 3. 
3. Memory speed support depends on the processors used on the motherboard.

PCIE modules: five (5) FHHL PCI-e 3.0 x16 slots, one (1) on each RSC-X11OPi-PCIE board. 

Storage module: two (2) LP PCI-e 3.0 x8 in x16 slots (Slot1/Slot2) on the AOM-X11OPi-HDD board.
PCH module: two (2) M.2 PCI-e 3.0 x4 slots (Slot1/Slot2) on the AOM-X11OPi-LBG board.

Storage module: Default setup is eight (8) hot-swap 2.5” HDDs to on-board SATA 3.0 ports with RAID card 

options. Total capacity is sixteen (16) hot-swap 2.5” HDDs and six (6) 3.5” or eight (8) 2.5” internal fixed HDDs

PCH module: two (2) SATA 3.0 ports for SATA DOMs
