ASSEMBLY INSTURCTION OF MACHINE
3.1
FIXING STEPS OF MACHINE
y
Park the machine on stable and flat ground.
y
Engage parking brake button to lock the machine
y
Lower the working implement to ground or the lowest position.
y
Put the bucket on ground
y
Insert the wedge under the wheel to fix the machine.
3.2
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE CONDITION OF MACHINE
y
Persons who would carry out the operation and maintenance of machine shall be qualified
with authorization and standard training.
y
Check the working site before operation thoroughly and make sure the ground condition is
suitable to carry on operation. It is required to park the machine on stable and flat ground,
engage parking brake, stop engine and enable locking device before performing any
maintenance. If necessary, insert wedge under the wheel to fix the machine.
y
Hang a brand reading “NO PERMISSION OF OPERATION” on the joystick and ignition key
before maintenance. Promise any other person would not operate the machine expect the one
carrying on maintenance together with you.
y
Contact the concerned departments to find the exact location of water pipes, air pipes,
telephone lines, or electric wires etc and stop the usage during the operation of machine should
any of them is possible under the working ground. In bad ventilation working environment,
additional ventilation shall be promised during operation as the gas discharged from the engine
is harmful to human body.
y
Never operate machine in inflammable gas, such as explosive gas, methane, and dust that may
cause explosion.
y
If maintenance shall be carried with running of engine, a helper is required to sit on the
operator’s seat and ready to stop engine at any time.
3.3
AMBIENT CONDITION OF MACHINE
y
An enough space for the machine to get into the working site shall be promised. If a barrier is
inevitable, the inclination of the machine caused by it shall be within 10 degree, at the same
time, travel the machine slowly, and lower the working implement to ground.
y
The slope that machine travels on shall be less than 15 degree. When travel on a slope, never
change direction of steering.
y
Battery on the machine shall be stored in proper temperature and humidity and shall be
charged regularly.
y
Protection of the machine shall be taken if working in particular and dangerous environment.
3.4
APPLICATION SCOPE AND FORBIDDEN SCOPE OF MACHINE
y
Only one operator is permitted in the cabin. It is extremely dangerous for one more (including
one) person in the operator’s cabin. Never use machine to take passenger.
y
Serious body damage even death may be resulted by overloading. Never overload the machine.
Consult this manual for the operating capacity of the machine. Never overload the machine for
higher efficiency.
