Replace filters (fuel oil filters of engine, oil filter of engine, oil filter hydraulic)
y
Run the machine for a while to remove the left fuel oil after replacement of all liquid and
filters.
y
Remove and store the battery at place of suitable temperature and humidity. Charge the battery
regularly.
y
Lubricate all the connections.
y
Retract hydraulic cylinders to locate the piston rod inside the cylinder.
y
Seal end port of air outlet pipes.
y
Engage parking brake button to block the machine.
2.5.2 During Long Term Storage
y
Start up and run machine for a while once a month. Make sure well ventilation of the storage
room.
y
Charge the battery once a month.
2.5.3 After Long Term Storage
Refer to the following operations after long term storage of the machine:
y
Clean machine completely.
y
Empty air pipes.
y
Check all the liquid level of the machine.
y
Assemble battery and make sure it is full of energy.
y
Turn the key to position “ Pre-heating” (refer to instruction of 4.2) and check all the indicators
(indicator of fuel oil liquid level, oil pressure, warning lamp, preheating lamp). Make sure they
are normal and keep the key in position until the preheating lamp goes out.
y
Start up engine and idle it for 15 minutes.
y
Make sure all the functions of the machines remain normal.
y
Start up machine slowly to preheat the hydraulic system.
