6 Electrical Connection

User Manual

6.4.2 Assembling DC Cable to Connector

DC cables from PV strings should be equipped with DC connectors. Pairs of DC
connectors are supplied in the scope of delivery.

To maintain IP65 weatherproof function of inverter, only the supplied DC
connectors or the connectors of the same protection class can be used.

The positive and negative connectors, marked with polarity symbols will be
assembled with colored cables as the following procedures:

Step 1

Strip off 7mm insulation layer from
all DC cables.

Step 2

Assemble cable ends with crimp
contacts by crimping pliers.
