OIL FILTER

The oil filter should be replaced after the first 50

hours of operation and then every 1,000 hours (or
quarterly) or if fault A:2020 or A:4807 is shown on

the microprocessor

. The oil filter element is mounted

to the side of the compressor unit.

6.7.1

REMOVAL

6.3 Stopping for Maintenance

procedures.

Verify that compressor has no air pressure

prior to removal of component parts.

Use a rag or strap wrench, if necessary, to

remove the old element.

Discard the old element in accordance to local

codes.

6.7.2

INSTALLATION

Oil the gasket on the new oil filter.

Attach new oil filter element. Tighten by hand

as much as possible.

Top off oil in sump tank and tighten oil fill cap.

Start compressor and check for leaks around

the oil filter.
