Problem Possible Solution
E1 error code
• Console shut down due to main board error.
• Turn off the console, wait 3 seconds, and turn
it back on.
E2 error code
• Console shut down due to digital board error.
• Turn off the console, wait 3 seconds, and turn
it back on.
E3 error code
• Software version mismatch detected.
• Turn off the console, wait 3 seconds, and turn
it back on.
E4 error code • Maximum operating temperature of console
exceeded.
• Ensure vent holes on console are not
obstructed.
Touchscreen freezes on
“Precision AC” splash
screen when powering
on the console
• Error occurred during console startup.
• Turn off the console, wait 3 seconds, and turn
it back on.
“Restart Camera
Console” message

• Camera head temporarily shut down due
to overcurrent. Turn off the console, wait 3
seconds, and turn it back on.
• After sterilization, ensure the camera head
