Risk of accidents caused by components
subjected to spring pressure
Disassembly work on the brakes that is not carried out
correctly may lead to the sudden release of the pres-
sure springs, which can lead to serious injuries.
► Before disassembly of the circlip (22), appropriate
pressure must be exerted from outside on the
disc (21) to prevent sudden relieving of the pressure
springs (7)/(8).
1. Remove the circlip (22).
2. Pull the disc (21) out.
3. Pull the piston (2) together with the pressure
springs (7)/(8) out of the outer body (3).

Disassembly work on the brakes that is not carried out
correctly may lead to the sudden release of the pres-
sure springs, which can lead to serious injuries.
► Before disassembly of the cylindrical screws (11),
appropriate pressure must be exerted from outside
onto the cylinder cover (4) to prevent the sudden re-
lieving of the pressure springs (7)/(8).
1. Remove the cylindrical screws (11).
2. Remove the cylinder cover (4).
3. Pull the piston (2) together with the pressure
springs (7)/(8) out of the outer body (3).

NOTE
The sealing rings should only be replaced as
a complete unit.
1. Remove the old sealing rings (9)/(10) from the outer
body (3).
2. Carefully remove dust, dirt, filings and other foreign
particles.
