Commissioning
Crane-loading
NOTE
We always recommend the use of textile
straps so as to protect the paintwork of your
truck. Shims may be required to protect the
harnesses from sharp edges.
• The lifting points on the chassis are marked
with the corresponding adhesive labels.
•
The version of the truck (fork length, battery
size etc.) determines the total weight
of the truck and therefore the required
load-bearing capacity of the harnesses
and the hoist.
•
Check these weights before hooking
on (delivery papers, sales documents,
nameplate).
Commissioning
Commissioning
If the truck was not delivered fully assem-
bled, it must be ensured that the entire truck
has been assembled correctly before initial
commissioning. All electrical and hydraulic
connections must be checked. Mechanical
connections that were removed for trans-
portation must be reconnected with particular
care.
Basic checks:
• The housing cover screw joints must be
tightened securely.
• There must be no pressure marks on the
electric cables.
• All cable inlets must be firmly attached.
• The battery must display no acid leakage
and must be fully charged.
WARNING
All screw connections must be checked with the ap-
propriate torque. The entire initial commissioning
process should be performed correctly by our ser-
vice personnel.
If the hydraulic tank and gearbox oil levels
have been checked, commissioning can
