Preparation:

  Put engine out off operation 

   

Disconnect 

battery 

 

 

 Remove camshaft housing  

   

cover,

Special tool:

 for vibration damper screws

1.  Unscrew Allen head plug screw (ill.1) 

(SW10). 

 

 

 
 
 
 
2.  Turn crankshaft by means of Allen socket 

size 10 mm  

 

 

until roller of rocker arm cylinder. 1 runs up 
the ramp of injection cam (ill.3). 

 

 

3.  Insert locking pin 2300551/2 into guide hole 

and slightly press it against counter weight 
land of crank shaft
