取り付け手順

ボディの分解
• これらのカラースプリッターを取り付けるには、ツールを

エア供給から切り離します。

• ピンテールディフレクター

を取り外します。

• 取り付けられている場合、ノーズアセンブリを取り外しま

す。

• カラースプリッターのカムフェース、ベアリングフェー

ス、他の可動部品にMoly Lithiumグリースを塗布します。

• ツールの後方から10mm A/F”六角レンチを使ってヘッドピ

ストンを保持しながら、スパナを使ってヘッドピストンの

上にコレットアダプターを締め付けます。

• コレットアダプターの上にアンビルアダプターを押し込

み、ネジ留めします。スパナを使って締め付けます。

• 組み立てたカラースプリッターをアンビルアダプターに挿

入し、コレットアダプターの端にネジ留めします。スパナ

を使ってアンビルアダプターの上にノーズ止めナットを締

め付けます。

• 動作させるためにカラースプリッターをカラーの上に押し

込み、トリガーを引きます。

• 5/16”または3/8”Avdelok® を切断するには、07220-03700または07220-03900カラースプリッターを使用しま

す。アダプターキットは不要です。

• ヘッドバイスジョー*をヘッド

に取り付け、ソフトジョーを使って逆方向にヘッドバイスジョーを保持しま

す。

• ロックナットソケット*を使ってロックナット

を取り外します。必要な場合、10mm A/F六角レンチを使って

ベースプレート

が回転しないようにします。

• ベースキャップ

とガスケット

を取り外します。

• 保持リング

と消音器

を取り外します。

• ベースプレート

をボディ

に押し込み、保持リング

を取り外します。

• ボディ

の底面に取り付けられているベースプレートエクストラクター*を使って、ロックナット

をベースプ

レート

の上にネジ留めし、ボディからベースプレートを引き抜きます。必要な場合、10mm A/F六角レンチ

を使ってベースプレートが回転しないようにします。

• エアピストン

の下面にピストンストップをネジ留めし、M6スクリューを使ってベースに設置してネジ留めし

ます。
