• It is forbidden to pour water onto a hot working plate, as this will cause irreversible damage to the hob
and, if water is poured onto hot oil, set the oil on fire.
• In case of fire flaring up from the griddle, carefully turn off the gas supply and the electrical supply paying
attention so that such operations will not put anyone in danger. Then use a suitable extinguisher (dry
powder or CO
2
type) to choke the flames and then, should this be necessary, call firefighters.
1.1. In case of suspected gas leak, do not
• Light up matches, smoke cigarettes, turn on or off electrical appliances (bell or light switch), or use other
electrical and mechanical devices that cause an electric or shock hazard. In this case, immediately shut
down the gas tank valve or shut off the gas system and vent the room, and then call a qualified person
to remove the cause.
• In case of ignition of gas escaping from a leaky installation, immediately shut off the gas supply by
means of a shut-off valve.
• In case of ignition of gas leaking from a leaky gas tank valve: Place a wet blanket on the tank to cool
it down and close the valve on the tank. After cooling down, take the tank outdoors. It is forbidden
to reuse damaged tanks.

In the case of a few days of downtime, close the main valve on the gas system, or, if using a gas tank, close
after each use.
•
Do not open the valve on the gas connection or the tank valve without first checking that all gas valves
on the unit are closed.
•
Turn off the gas supply on the control panel and close the shut-off valve after use and during cleaning.
2. PURPOSE OF THE DEVICE
The line 700 gas grill is designed for professional use in catering, bars, restaurants, etc. This device is inten-
ded for heat treatment of products on a thin layer of fat.
The grill should not be used in any manner other than intended in the manual.

4. DEVICE OPERATION
• Before first use, please remove the protective film from the device. Wash the external and internal surfaces
of the body with warm water and a degreasing agent which is used for washing kitchen utensils. Do not
use abrasive cleaners and others which could scratch the surface of the countertop, housing. Only use a
damp cloth for washing. After washing the device, leave it to dry completely, then reconnect to the mains.
• Before use, make sure that the room where the appliance is in is well ventilated, the amount of exhaust
air is sufficient and is not disturbed. Check the fumes evacuation systems and devices (fans, hoods) are in
good order to keep healthy the room If in doubt, please contact our service. The end user is responsible
for cleaning and using the unit in accordance with the manual. If you have any problems with your device,

• Before operating the griddle, make sure that no objects blocks the inlet of fresh air to burners (e.g. the
openings inside the compartment behind the doors).
