6.5.1 Saddle Bar
•
First person: Pull the knob ('Kn2') outwards against the spring force. If necessary, loosen it beforehand
by turning it a little to the left.
•
Second person: Carefully lower the seat tube ('45') into the main housing ('50'). Observe the required
minimum depth.
•
Let go of the knob. Make sure that the locking pin on the knob snaps into one of the holes of the front
bar inside the main housing.
•
Tighten the knob with your hand.
6.5 SADDLE AND BAR; DUMBBELL HOLDER
6.5.2 Saddle
•
If necessary, loosen the clamp of the saddle ('20').
•
Place the saddle on the vertical tube of the saddle
holder ('22').
•
Tighten the clamping of the saddle with an open-end
wrench. Adjust the saddle approximately horizontally.
•
If necessary, correct the tilt of the saddle
6.5.3 Dumbbell holders
•
Hold the dumbbell holder to the intended
position.
•
Fasten it with the two screws ('43') using a
phillips screwdriver ('123').
