Device pairing:
•
Launch the app (grant them the necessary permissions if necessary).
•
Switch on the Bluetooth box of the fitness bike.
•
Select "Add device"
•
Select "Manual"- "Spinning".
•
To pair the device click Connect.
•
The device will be detected automatically.
•
Click Start to begin the exercises.
Note: To save power, the Bluetooth device will automatically go to sleep after 150 seconds when
not in use.
Unpair device:
•
Delete the device from the app's list.
WORKOUT INFORMATION
Using your fitness bike provides you with several benefits: It improves your physical fitness,
strengthens your muscles and, when combined with a calorie-restricted diet, helps you lose
weight.
Maintain proper posture
•
Hold onto the handlebars throughout your workout.
•
Maintain an upright posture throughout your workout.
•
Make sure at least half your foot length is on the pedal during the workout.
•
Each foot strap on the pedals can be individually adjusted to fit any foot size.

Setting position bicycle
Here, the device is used like a bicycle in an upright position, whereby the training intensity is quite
high and an increased amount of calories can be burned. Thus, you can achieve higher goals in
the area of weight reduction and muscle building. The movement will be more intense just like
when the machine is used as a recumbent bike.
Adjustment position recumbent bike
The user is in a reclined lying position during training. This provides a light intensity of exercise.
This is the ideal training position for users who are less interested in intensive training to build
muscle or endurance, but more interested in staying fit and mobile without too much effort.
