The

elliptical

is equipped with two transport wheels which are engaged when rear of the

elliptical is lifted.

LUBRICATION

1.

You must lubricate the rails every three months. Pour 2c.c of the lubricant under the

middle of the rail.

Note: If your exercise is not smooth or you hear noise lubricate the middle rail with

the lubricant.
