WARRANTY
ZX-1 WARRANTY POLICY
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
For the lifetime of your ZX-1 Power Add-On
from the date of purchase, Spinergy will repair
or replace at our option to the original pur-
chaser, free of charge, any of the following
parts found upon examination by an authorized
representative of Spinergy to be defective in
material and/or workmanship:

Main Frame
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For one year from the date of purchase, Spin-
ergy will repair or replace at our option to the
original purchaser, free of charge, any of the
following parts found upon examination by an
authorized representative of Spinergy to be
defective in material and/or workmanship:
•
Electronic Components
•
Joystick
•
Battery Charger
•
Air springs
•
Wheels
•
Motor Gearbox Assembly
•
Controller
•
Shocks, castor assemblies
•
Proximity switch
Note
•
The LEAD Battery is covered by a
separate six- month warranty, provided by
the battery manufacturer. The Lithium
Batteries are covered by a three year
Battery Warranty provided by Spinergy
Inc. The LEAD batteries are not war-
ranted by Spinergy
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not extend to those items
which may require replacement due to normal
wear and tear:
•
Motor brushes
•
Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
•
Battery fluid spillage or leakage
•
Tires and Tubes
•
Improper operation, maintenance, or stor-
age
•
Commercial use, or use other than normal
Note
•
Gradual deterioration in performance
because the battery has been left in a dis-
charged state, left in cold conditions for an
extended period of time, or worn out
through heavy use is not covered.
