Performance steering system
On the mechanically steered steering axle 1 and the hydraulic steered rear axles 5 and 6, steering
angle sensors are mounted (
), which measure the current steering angle.
The measuring signals are processed by the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) of the steering system.
The ECU then controls the position of the hydraulic steered axles by means of the chosen steering
mode or the chosen steering program, by steering the hydraulic valve block.
