5) Flow
The group box in
Figure 30 is used to configure the Flow timing table, which is used to change
a flow set point during a cycle.
A time of 7200 secs means that this point is not in use. In the example shown in
Figure 30 the set point is 30 cc/min at the beginning of the cycle and will not
change during the cycle because the other timings are set to 7200 secs.
