Messages

If your facility activates voicemail, you can access call information and message history. Rotate the Messages icon to
the front and press the OK button to access your voicemail messages and display information on specific calls. See
Accessing Voicemail and Reading and Managing Stored Messages for more information.

Settings

Open the Settings icon to access settings that customize your handset.

Shortcut Menus

The softkeys at the bottom of the display screen are context-sensitive, meaning that they change depending on which
screen you are displaying at the time. These softkeys enable you to select specific handset functions and features.
The gray triangles in the upper right corner of the softkeys indicate that there is a shortcut menu with additional
options. When you press a softkey, a menu opens. The following example shows the menu for the Speaker softkey.
