MODE

This command is used to read or enter

Test Mode

operation.

Test Mode

commands are used in factory testing and field troubleshooting. The unit “times

out” of

Test Mode

and returns to

Read

Mode

operation if no commands are

issued for 15 minutes. Major and Minor alarms are asserted whenever the clock

is in

Test Mode

To read the

Test Mode

status (ON or OFF), issue the

command as shown

below:
