Figure 26 shows the quantum well state of 12 monolayers of Pb on Cu(111) evaporated at 
110 K and annealed afterwards. The surface was measured using a PHOIBOS 100 analyzer  
and the TGM 4 monochromator at the BESSY synchrotron light source (hν = 24 eV, 10 eV pass 
energy).
