Handler Interface
ST2523 AC milliohmmeter equips with a Handler interface which is mainly used to output the sorting result. When
the instrument is applied to an automatic component sorting test system, this interface will output the handshake
signal and the sorting result output signal. The sorting result output corresponds to the comparison result output of
the current comparator bin.
Terminals and Their Descriptions: Higher; the low bin comparison result output signal will be valid.

DUT is good product, this low active
signal is effective. (In compare mode, if
the compare result of the product is
within BIN1~BIN9, the product is
regarded as good product; in Bin mode,
as long as judgment conditions are
satisfied, the product is good.)

External trigger signal input (the trigger
mode must be EXT.TRIG), low active
signal is effective.

External power supply 2, the voltage
range: +5V~+30V.

supply, not just one of them.
