EN-164/KY-706 Board

Preparation

Remove the bottom panel assembly. (Refer to

“2-5. Bottom Panel Assembly”

)

Remove the inside panel assembly. (Refer to

“2-6-1. Inside Panel Assembly”

)

Procedure

Remove the top frame (encoder).

Disconnect the harness from the connector (CN103) on the KY-706 board.

Remove the two screws to detach the encoder bracket.

Remove the hexagon nut and the washer to detach the EN-164 board.

Disconnect the harness from the connector (CN100) on the EN-164 board.

Disconnect the harness from the connector (CN100) on the SW-1616 board.

Remove the screw to detach the KY-706 board, switch (shutter), holder (shutter), button (main) assembly, and light
guide (encoder).

Reel the cushion (HN412) from the KY-706 board.

Disconnect the flexible flat cable from the connector (CN100) on the KY-706 board.

10. Disconnect the harness from the connector (CN102) on the KY-706 board.
