4-8. DC Fan (52 Square) Assembly

Note

The following part is not reusable. Prepare a new part in advance.

•

Tape (A): 1 pc

Preparation

1. Remove the U case. (Refer to “4-2-1. Front Panel Assembly”.)
2. Remove the rear panel. (Refer to “4-2-2. Rear Panel”.)

Procedure

1. Remove the tape (A) and disconnect the fan harness from the connector (CN502) on the BD-48

board.

2. Remove the two screws (PSW3 x 20), and then remove the DC fan (52 square) assembly.

Note

•

Install the DC fan (52 square) assembly carefully paying attention to the label side and the harness

position.

•

Attach the tape (A) while forming the harness in the direction of the arrow so that the tape (A)

does not overlap with the screw, the shaft, or the fan cable cover.

3. Install the removed parts by reversing the steps of removal.
