6. Timing ATF Center Value Adjustment

Adjustment is performed to get the data for ATF servo.

Adjusting method:
Order Page Address Data Procedure
1 0 01 01 Set the data.
2 9 9A 64 Set the data, and press PAUSE
button.
3 Enter the play back mode.
4 3 0A 40 Set the data, and press PAUSE
button.
5 3 0B Check that the data changes to “00”.
If the data changes to “FF”,
there are errors. (Note2)
6 9 9A 16 Set the data, and press PAUSE
button.
7 0 01 00 Set the data.
Note2: If the data changes to “FF”, adjustment has errors. Contents of the
error is written into page: 3, addresses: 0C. See the following table.
7. AGC Adjustment and AEQ & LMS Adjustment
Note: The following adjustments should be carried out upon completion
of “Switching Position Adjustment”. And perform “Timing ATF
Center Value Adjustment” before perform the following adjustments.
7-1. Preparations Before Adjustments

When this adjustment is performed, data such as date, time and
user-set menus will be lost. After completing adjustments, reset
these data.
Adjusting method:

to step 7.

“00”, proceed to step 3.
3 3 00 1E Set the data, and press PAUSE
button.
4 3 01 Check that the data is “00”.
5 2 00 29 Set the data.
6 2 01 29 Set the data, and press PAUSE
button.
7 Record the camera signal for 3
minutes.
