Using Basic Applications

Deleting events

You can delete the existing events in the Date Book.

Note

If you delete the times of repeated events, all the related events that are defined in
conjunction with the repeated event will be deleted. When you delete the event with the
“Delete Event” command, you can specify whether you want to delete a single only, or if
you want to delete all of the related events as well.

Press the Date Book button 

 on the front panel.

The “Date Book” starts up.

Tap the event that you want to delete.

Tap “Details.”

The “Event Details” dialog box appears.

Tap “Delete.”

The “Delete Event” dialog box appears.

5

Tap “OK.”

Tap “Cancel” to cancel.

If you check “Save archive copy on PC,” the deleted data from your
CLIE handheld is saved to the Palm Desktop for Sony software during
the next HotSync operation.
