The minimum voltage level is increased from 4.5 to 4.9 if the application is using a module capable of driving long

cables (up to 8 meters) and is expected to be used with 5V SIM-cards.

In-Rush current specified in VCC_MAIN combines both VCC_MAIN and VCC_AUX.
