5.14.20 set h323 h245_tunneling
In order to conserve resources, synchronize call signaling and control, and reduce
call setup time, it may be desirable to convey H.245 messages within the Q.931 Call
Signaling Channel instead of establishing a separate H.245 channel. This is so-called
"tunneling". This command is used to set tunneling feature.
