AES Shuts Down Completely
• Li Expander Pak breaker(s) is/are tripped.
• Li Expander Paks are overdischarged.
*See AES Shutdown at the end of the Troubleshooting section.
PRO-Verter Goes into Fault Mode
• Low battery voltage
• Transformer overtemperature
• FET overtemperature
• Generator failure
• Internal failure requiring reset
TQG Fails to Auto Start When Batteries Reach Low Voltage
• Generator is out of fuel.
• Generator starter battery is dead (multiple potential root causes).
• AGS is set incorrectly (should be set to AUTO).
• Emergency Stop button on generator is in the wrong position.
• Main DC circuit breaker is in the “open” position on generator.
• Mechanical or relay failure has occurred.
• Communication cable is broken or disconnected.
• Generator switch is not in Remote Start position.
TQG Won’t Shut Down
• Accept/Float voltage does not maintain above Gen Stop Volts (e.g., due to temperature
effects/temperature compensation).
• Generator manual ON/OFF switch left in ON position.
• AGS control set to ON.
• There is a 50-minute “Gen Stop Delay” (only begins after Gen Stop Volts has been reached).
Low or No Power Generated by PAMs
• PV panels are shaded, faulty, or not aimed at the sun.
• PV panels are dirty.
• Solar leashes are disconnected/have shorted.
• Batteries are fully charged (charge controller will only supply and display charging current
when battery voltage is below maximum charge voltage setpoint).
• Power Hub is overheated—allow 15 minutes to cool. Hub will reconnect automatically.
• An internal failure requiring reset has occurred.
