Measuring Principle
2.1 Test procedure 1-step assay
A 1-step assay refers to a test or assay that has:
·
1 incubation sequence
(the time of incubation may range
depending on the assay).
·
1 wash sequence
(the amount of washing for this sequence is
assay dependent).
Most assays that are 1-step have an average incubation time of 10
minutes. Fig. 2.1 -1 is only an example. Pipetting sequences are also
assay dependent.
