Use Requirements 

To use the SureTrack Community you must:

Have the current software version installed on the diagnostic tool

Create a SureTrack Account, see 

Creating a SureTrack Account

Have a current SureTrack Authorization Code, see 

Finding your SureTrack Authorization 

Code

Have a Wi-Fi Internet connection

•

Have the current Firefox web browser installed on the desktop

Creating a SureTrack Account

In order to use the SureTrack Community, you will need to complete the online registration, and 
create an account before you can use it. 

1. Download and install the current Firefox web browser. Installation and support information are 

available on the Firefox website: 

www.mozilla.org

2. Open the Firefox browser and navigate to 

shopkeypro.com

3. To create an account, follow the illustrated instructions in 

Figures 15-5 to 15-7
