Output chattering can be prevented by setting the response time.

Press the

button in function selection mode to display [F 3] on the main display.

[RES] and [the current set value] are displayed in turn on the sub display.

button.

Response time

[rES] is displayed on the main display.
[The current set value] flashes on the sub display.

button to select.
