13 Decommissioning the Inverter SMA Solar Technology AG

2. Remove the AC cable from the inverter. Loosen the
screws of the terminals L1, L2 and L3 (AF8) and the
screws of the terminal (AF5).

3. Remove the AC cable from the inverter.
4. Remove the protection elements against contact
from the terminal lugs for the DC connection. To do
so, unlock the side brackets.

5. Remove the DC cable connection. Loosen the hex
nuts (AF10) and remove the combined hexagon
head screw (AF16).

6. Remove the DC cables from the inverter.
7. Remove the network cables from the network ports
and remove them from the inverter.
8. Remove all cable conduits from the connecting plate. To do this, screw the conduit fittings out
of the openings from the inside.
