Recommended Injection
Oil

CAUTION:

Use only injection oil

that flows at - 40°C (- 40°F). Do not
mismatch oil reservoir cap with
fuel tank cap. Oil reservoir cap is
identified OIL.

Use only two-stroke engine injection
oil sold by authorized SKI-DOO deal-
ers.

specially formulated and tested for
the severe requirements of the 600
HO E-TEC engine. Use of any oth-
er brand two-stroke oil may void
the limited warranty.

Use only

XP-S synthetic oil or XP-S synthetic
blend. There is no known equiva-
lent on the market for the moment.
If a high quality equivalent were
available, it could be used.

CAUTION:

Never use four-stroke

petroleum or synthetic motor oil
and never mix these with out-
board motor oil. Do not use NMMA
TC-W, TC-W2 or TC-W3 outboard
two-stroke engine oils or ashless
two-stroke engine oils. Avoid mix-
ing different brands of API TC oil as
resulting chemical reactions may
cause severe engine damage.

The XP-S synthetic and XP-S synthetic
blend 2-stroke oil

provides superior

lubrication

, reduced engine compo-

nent wear and oil deposit, thus main-
taining maximum-level performance
and antifriction properties. These syn-
thetic and synthetic blend injection oil
meets the latest ASTM and JASO
standards by ensuring high biodegrad-
ability and low exhaust smoke.

Injection Oil Level

Always maintain a sufficient amount
of recommended injection oil in the
injection oil reservoir.

Unscrew injection oil reservoir cap to
fill up reservoir then fully tighten.

CAUTION:

Check level and refill ev-

ery time you refuel.
