6. Description of components
The operating manual applies to the VARIOLUB
monitoring system that consists of:

IPM 12 pulse meter

PGA 3 programming and display unit

Mobile PGA 3 unit
The VARIOLUB monitoring system is designed
to monitor and evaluate incoming pulses (e.g.
from gear-type flow indicators or progressive
feeders) from circulating-oil systems with a
large number of lubrication points.
Malfunctions can be quickly recognized by
constant comparison of incoming actual values
with previously programmed limit values. A
machine shutdown is thereby avoided.
