10.Please keep the bending radius of the
cables behind the machine over 30mm.
Plus, please do not repeat to bend the
cables.
11.If pull cables with over strength, it may
cause cables broken. Thus, do not pull them
over 5kg.
12.Photoelectric switch is a precision device.
Never collision. In particular, the lens
surface has been damaged or cracked, then
will lose their identity.
13.If the lens or reflective panel is dirty, please
use a clean, soft cloth wipe directly or
moistened with water and gently erase. Do
not use the organ solvent such as, alcohol,
volatile oils, aceto ne, thinner…..etc.
14.It may cause the instability performance
that many photoelectric switches used
closely. After setting, please fully make sure
and use.
15.The lens flex may act unstable when
detecting the objects with high glossiness or
scattered polarization (such as the
transparent film-coated objects etc).
Therefore, please follow the
countermeasures.
16.Countermeasures
(1)Tilt the detecting object and install the
photoelectric switch.
(2)Open the distance between the
photoelectric switch and the detecting
obje ct.
(3)Adjust without work pieces.(Note:Please
refer to the operation manner 3)

.機 體 背 面 的 纜 線 彎 曲 半 徑請 保 持在
3 0m m以 上 。 此 外 請 避 免反 覆 施加 彎曲 應
力 的 使 用 方 式 。

.施 力 過 當 拉 扯 纜 線 的話 ， 可能 有 斷 線之
虞 。 請 勿 施 加5

.光 電 開 關 是 精 密 設 備 。 絕對 不可碰 撞 。
尤其 透 鏡 面 有 所 損 傷 或裂 痕 的話 會 喪 失
其特 性 ， 因 此 請 務 必注 意 。

.透鏡 面 或 反 射 板 上 有污 垢時 ，請 用 清 潔
的 軟 布 直 接 擦 拭 或 沾 水後 輕輕 拭 除。 還
有 請 勿 使 用 酒 精 類 、 揮發 油 、丙 酮、稀
釋 劑 等 有 機 溶 劑 。

.多 個 光 電 開 關 密 接 使用 的 話， 可能會 造
成 作 動 不 穩 定 。 設 置 後 ，請 充分確 認 後
再 使 用 。

.鏡 片 反 射 型 在 檢 測 光 澤度 非 常高 的物 體
及 產 生 散 亂 偏 光 的 物體(例 如： 透明 薄 膜
包覆 的 物 體 等)時 ， 作動 可能 不穩 定 。 此
時 請 採 取 以 下 對 策 。
