點。

Adjust the feed dog height(Fig 32)
(1)Rotate the pulley to rise the feed dog the
highest point of the needle plate.
(2)Loosen the screw , and move the main
feed dog up and down in order to
keep the teeth side over the needle plate
about 0.7 ~ 0.9mm. Then tighten the
screw .
(3)Loosen the screw , and move the
differential feed dog up and down in
order to keep the teeth side over the
needle plate about 0.7 ~ 0.9mm. Then,
tighten the screw .

送具 齒的 齒面 在運 轉的 循 環中 ， 必須
保 持針 板面 呈水 平 。

)調 整時 放鬆 螺絲 ， 旋轉 後 支軸 齒
面呈 水平 後固 定螺 絲 。

Adjust the feed dog horizontally (Fig 33)
(1)During operation, the teeth side of the
feed dog should keep parallel with the
surface of the needle plate.
(2)For adjustment, loosen the screw , and
rotate the rear support shaft . Do not
tighten the screw until the teeth side of
the feed dog is horizontal.
