針高 度之 調整
ADJUST THE NEEDLE HEIGHT
1.The is the distance from the needle tip to
the surface of the needle plate when the
needle is rised to the highest point after
turning the pulley.(Fig.29)
2.Adjustments:
(1)Open and remove the upper cover .
(2)Loosen the screw , and move the
needle bar to the desired height. Then,
tighten the screw .
(3)Put the upper cover back, and seal it.

)打 開 上 蓋 。

)放 鬆 螺 絲 ， 移 動 針 棒 至 所 需 高 度
鎖 緊 螺 絲 回 。

)放 回 上 蓋 ， 並 且 密 合 鎖 緊 。

ADJUST THE PRESSER FOOT

.Adjust the presser foot position:(Fig.30)
(1)Release the pressure spring of the
presser foot and the screw of the
presser foot.
(2)Move the presser foot so that the
groove of the presser foot can align with
the groove of the needle plate. Also, the
bottom of the presser foot can stand on
the needle plate flatly, and then tighten
the screw .
(3)Loosen the screw , and move left
and right so that can match and
can move upward and downward
smoothly. Then, tighten the screw .

)放 鬆 押 具 彈 簧 壓 力 及 押 具 螺 絲 。

)移 動 押 具 ， 使 其 押 具 槽 與 針 板 槽 一
致 ， 使 押 具 底 平 壓 於 針 板 上 ， 鎖 緊 螺
絲 。

)放 鬆 螺 絲 ， 左 右 移 動 ， 使 與
疊 吻 合 ， 且 能 上 下 活 動 輕 順 ， 鎖 緊
螺 絲 。
