COPAN 400T/TX - Service Manual

3.1 Overview

The following procedure describes how to install the hardware required for the VTL Feature. The
starting point for this procedure is a 400M cabinet without the Application Processor installed.

If you are installing two Application Processors, it is recommended that you fully install AP0 first
and then install AP1.

3.1.1

400T/TX System Layout

If performing a 400T installation, only Application Processor 0 (AP0) will be installed.

If performing a 400TX or a 400TX with Failover installation, Application Processor 0 and
Application Processor 1 (AP1) will be installed.
