2. Locate the HBA that is to be replaced.

WARNING: Make sure ALL cables are properly labeled.

3. Remove all fibre cables from the back of the all HBAs.

4. At the front of the cabinet, unscrew the screws that secure the server to the cabinet. Set the

screws aside.

5. Pull the server out of the cabinet. Extend the server fully out of the cabinet. Be careful the

Fibre Channel cables do not snag as the cable arm extends.

6. From the back of the server, unscrew the cover’s thumbscrews. Remove the rear portion of

the server’s cover and set aside.
