When defining a system it is important to consider the number of single detectors, IDBs
and Stratos outstation along with rack size to determine the build format. Table 22 below
will help in the design phase to define the physical rack space required.
The function IO mapping for the IDB is shown in Table 21. When configuring the IO
mapping in the outstation this table should be consulted.
